Cloak promotes the implementation of progressive environmental practices as a matter of corporate and design philosophy. We strive to mitigate the environmental impact of our products and minimize the amount of waste we generate. Our rugs are made to order and therefore we do not create overproduction. Longevity of materials and construction is at the core of every rug we design.

The company and its suppliers are committed to ISO 14001 certification focusing on environmental management and elimination of toxic footprint. Rapidly renewable natural fibers and recycled materials are used to manufacture authentic products. Cloak also encourages initiatives aimed at the shift to biodegradable and upcyclable materials and expects to implement them in the future.

We support Oeko-Tex and Woolmark certifications which independently assure product quality and prevent the use of any harmful substances during and after the production processes.
